Online Purchases and Payment Processing

My website is hosted by Squarespace and offers secure online checkout. When you purchase artwork, information necessary to complete your order is processed through Squarespace and the payment-processing services connected to my store.

Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment processor. I do not receive or store your complete credit card number.

Order information may be shared with delivery providers as necessary to ship your artwork.

Newsletter Subscriptions

I use Mailchimp to manage my Studio News newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address and related subscription information will be processed by Mailchimp for the purpose of delivering occasional updates about new paintings, exhibitions, and studio news.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter or by contacting me directly.

Purchasing artwork does not automatically mean you have agreed to receive marketing emails.

Cookies and Website Analytics

My website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functions, including shopping-cart and checkout features, website security, and visitor preferences.

I also intend to use Google Analytics to better understand website traffic and how visitors interact with my website. Google Analytics may collect information about your browser, device, approximate location, and website activity.

I do not currently intend to use Meta Pixel or Pinterest advertising tracking on this website. If additional tracking technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
